It's premature to get into specifics -- the kind of song, the theme or any of that stuff. For all I know it won't work out. It could be very mediocre, maybe even crummy.
But that isn't important. What matters is my son reached out and asked me to work with him on something as personal as a song he had begun to write.
I've described in previous posts what a kick it was for me the first time Riley and I sang harmony together. He was, if memory serves, 7 or 8 at the time.
